6. Managing The School: Reports

All reports are broken down by the type of questions they answer. 
Please Note: ALL reports can be exported into PDF, Word and Excel. Just click the disk icon at the top.

Teacher Reports

Report Cards. The report card report will group all the grades and attendance take for a class into a report card.
Re-Enrollment. Measures the number of current students that have re-enrolled for the next semester.
Cancellation. Measures the number of students that have left after attending classes*
(*attendance records is used to decide how to attribute the cancellation to a specific teacher)

Office Reports

Attendance

Absences. Identifies consecutive absences. Used to preempt withdrawals from the school by pro-actively reaching out.
Missing Attendance. Identifies teachers who've failed to take attendance in class based on the schedule.
New/Transfer Students. Identifies students who are coming to class without registering.

Grades & Homework

Homework. Web ready report of all homework assigned today.
Report Cards. Report Cards for all teachers. 

Teacher Statistics

Re-Enrollment. Measures the number of current students that have re-enrolled for the next semester (all teachers)
Cancellation. Measures the number of students that have left after attending classes (all teachers)

Principal Reports

Cancellations

Cancellations (after attending). Identifies students who've left after actually coming to class.
Cancellations (from Class). Attributes cancellations even for students who stayed in school.
Cancellations (from School). All students who've left the school (no shows and withdrawals.

Enrollment

Analysis By Month. A view of the enrollment timeline for this semester (i.e. how many people enrolled and left each month both visually and numerically).
Analysis By Town. Town in which students reside (based on zip codes).
School Load By Day. Metrics provide insight into the schedule used by the school (i.e. when does most foot traffic come)..
Statistics By Semester. Summary of all important metrics for a semester.

Payroll

Actual vs Estimated Hours Spent. Looks at number of hours per day each teacher was expected to spend based on the schedule and number of hours actually spent according to attendance. THIS REPORT MUST BE REVIEWED WEEKLY.
Teacher Summary. An overall view of a teacher's metrics.
Teaching Costs. Amount of money spent by the school on teacher's salaries.

Accounting Reports

Collection

Enrollment vs Charges. Identifies if students are being charged correctly according to the schedule. Requires that quickbooks integration is setup and running.

Payroll

Actual vs Estimated Hours Spent. Looks at number of hours per day each teacher was expected to spend based on the schedule and number of hours actually spent according to attendance. THIS REPORT MUST BE REVIEWED WEEKLY.
Teacher Summary. An overall view of a teacher's metrics (including hours spent and pay)
